Horikawa Kenya (堀川 謙弥) is a player on the Rugby Club for Tōdō Sagami High School.

Like other Sagami players, Horikawa is not afraid to bend rules. In the practice game against Jinkou, he illegally tackled Ōharano Etsugo after he'd marked the ball, pretending it to be an accident. He also gave Ōharano lip about his little brother quitting rugby.
